Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in America, is an actress. She made her acting debut as an actor in Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she's performed on WarGames in 1985, The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead in her character in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American actor and author for over 20 years. Her film career began at the beginning of the 1980s when she appeared in the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she was rewarded with a great deal of praise. The film of Rick Rosenthal also featured Sean Penn and Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her successful debut on screen she starred as a character in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes' film is thought to be among the best high school movies of all time. Even though the budget of the film was only $1 million its profits exceeded $50 million. As she worked on the show, her debut on television was made with CBS Schoolbreak. The show premiered in April of 1980. show started airing. The show was designed for teenagers. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows in which she has appeared. The most recent of her appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which she has a cameo. Sheedy won numerous awards in 2005 for her performance. She also was honored with the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
